Ayush Multi is a gentle and foundational multivitamin enhanced with carotenoids and botanicals to improve digestion and promote all-around wellness. It provides all necessary B-vitamins along with vitamins A,D,E, and K. The microminerals are all chelated to citric acid intermediaries to promote optimal absorption. Ayush Multi is unique for the addition of Trikatu: a combination of ginger, black pepper, and long pepper, which promotes comfortable digestion and has been studied for its ability to support absorption. Ayush Multi is intended for daily use and to support optimal vitamin and mineral levels and the benefits that come with giving the body the foundational nutritional support it needs to function at its best.
